2 Β· What is this?
3 Β· The job
The planner, lawyer or applicant we invoice β not the council. Start typing; clients we have worked for before are suggested.
Who the notice is advertised under β the council, DTP, VCAT or court named on the notice itself. Only authorities set up for private work are listed.
Typing a council here does not add it to the list. The job is filed under that council with the private defaults; to make it a permanent choice, ask Patrick to tick IsPrivate on its FlowConfig row.
Exactly as printed on the notice. Leave blank if there is none β never type a placeholder.
What we print and install. "Pick Up" means the board is collected from the council and nothing is printed.
How many boards go up at this site.
Usually 1. More only when the site shows different signs (a Form 2 plus a supplementary notice) β one file per notice.
Why the sign comes down when it does. Most jobs are Statutory β the advertising period sets the date. A council-named date is Scheduled; a permanent board is Never.
The day the sign goes up.
The day it comes down. Greyed out when the basis says there is no date.
4 Β· After it is created each runs through its own existing action, in this order
Leave as "Our own crew" unless a sign writer is printing and installing it β choosing one takes the job off our run sheet entirely.
